Summary

Enable xfce support

Slit xfce themes as separate package, so that users with MATE, Budgie or Gnome don't have to see them as option in theme selection.

Test Plan

Check that xfce themes are not present in Budgie Desktop Settings.

Event Timeline

Add component for qogir-gtk-theme-xfce

It looks like the Win (Windows?) style for XFCE is included for the XFCE package, whereas it's split from the main package (qogir-gtk-theme-win exists but not qogir-gtk-theme-xfce-win). Is this desirable? Also, is qogir-gtk-theme-win needed if someone tries to set Qogir Win on XFCE?

Waiting for XFCE spin to do proper testing.
