Remove jdk from build deps, left graal as this is needed its not part of lein

Okay made the description changes, I probably got the info from there website as I was not sure what to call it as it works with all sorts of languages.

Adjust description and modify build dependencies as per packaging review.

Revert name and email in both locations.

I will take a look at graal usually take longer as my personal laptop does not have the ram to build it. saying that I did read they improved the usage in the newer version so maybe i will get lucky :)

1. Please don't put the changelog in the first line/heading of the summary but a line below it, and use something like in the form of Changelog available [here](link-to-changelog) instead of simply dropping in the link. While you're at it, please also replace the link with "https://github.com/babashka/babashka/blob/v0.8.2/CHANGELOG.md" so it's tagged to this specific version and won't change when somebody looks at it later (not the worst thing in the world, but as I said, while you're at it ? )
2. Please also update the contents of this diff here on phabricator (see that it still says "Inclusion..." and so on)

(and Reilly's suggestion is also a good point; might as well update it to the new JDK version, if possible)

@nazar Potentially I would also like this, I plan to update the version to the latest anyway, the main thing holding it back at the moment is figuring out how. the instructions all say install using gu so not sure if there is a separate repo or some build flag or what needs to be done to include it.

just installed on my work laptop and running the command does make the gui appear, I assume working with a printer would be fine from this point.

Okay you asked why this is not built from source, this is a little complicated the source does not really need building, ci basically copies these files and adds a jar which is not included in the src repo.
I looked into building this ja from source and injecting but it seems to be a catch 22 in that you need clojure build tools to make the jar but as these do not exist in the repo this seems impractical.
In this situation is it okay to include or would another work around be required ?
