Since it's the same project, I'll wave the package request for the new GUI. Someone needs to step up as maintainer though.

I can take a look at it when I've got time. Will we have a separate WoeUSB-ng package for it which replaces the old one, or what do you think?

I would propose to have a woeusb-shell or woeusb-cli package with the packaged bash script and leave woeusb package for GUI. woeusb then have to depend on the cli-package.
